Since the beginning of the year I have been dieting using tried and traditional simple methods. So far I have increased my level of activity to the point where I exercise into a sweat at least once per day. Second, I have reduded the overall amount that I am eating. Thrid, I have tried to reduce the number of obviously fatty foods. So far it has netted me about a ten pound weight loss. I have hit a bit of a wall so I may attempt a few more dramtic methods. The first is one stop xtreme. This is an agressive nutrition plan that should allow me to boost my weight loss. I started at about 218 pounds and am currently hovering around 207 to 208. I would still like to get down under 190 pounds in a few months. My biggest challenge is not eating sweets like donuts and other terrible foods. They are available at work a lot and I just can’t help myself.
